General FAQ's including ticket prices
What is the address for the show?
The show is held at the South of England Showground, Selsfield Road, Ardingly, Haywards Heath, KT17 6TL
What are the opening hours?
The show is open to day ticket holders from 10am to 4.30pm
Display vehicles and trade entry from 7.30am to 9.45am
What are the advance ticket prices and booking deadlines?
We have reduced the ticket prices previously charged for the event and by booking at the Early Bird rate before Midnight on 31st January 2027 you will save even more on ticket prices!
Early Bird tickets (until Midnight on 31st January 2027)
Club / Individual display / feature display tickets - Car and driver £10 + booking fee
Additional adult passenger £10 + booking fee
Child aged 5-15 (under 5's free) £5 + booking fee
For sale ticket - car and driver £25 + booking fee
Public Adult entry - no car pass - £15 + booking fee
Public Child aged 5-15 (under 5's free) £5 + booking fee
Camping is £15 per person (+ booking fee) - from 1pm on Saturday until 6pm on Sunday. You also need to purchase a show entry ticket. There are toilets and showers but no EHU. BBQ's are allowed 30cm off the floor. No fire pits.

Can I pay on the gate and what is the price?
Adult: £20 (does not include a vehicle pass)
Children 5-15 £5
Under 5's are free

Payment is accepted by cash or card.
How do I receive advance ticket orders?
Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment. Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team at classicfordshow@a-me.co.uk or call our helpline on 07375 554420. If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, don’t panic! We can assist with your ticket on the gate.
Is there a public car park?
There is plenty of free parking at the South of England Showground including blue badge spaces.
Do you offer a disability discount?
As part of our commitment to make the Classic Ford Show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent PIP form (or equivalent - a blue badge is not accepted as proof) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.
If it is a child aged 15 or under that requires assistance then you will be required to pay entry as no child can enter the event without an adult.
Are there public toilets on site?
There are public toilets including accessible toilets on site which are clearly marked on the event map, or you can ask any steward to give you directions.
Is there a cash point on site?
There is no cash point on site. We may be able to offer cash back on the gate but this is not guaranteed.
Is there food and drink on site?
Yes, there will be food units and a bar. There are drinking water taps across the site
Are dogs allowed into the show?
Dogs are allowed on the show site but must be kept on a lead. You must clean up after your dog.
